Pizza arrived within 35 minutes still very warm. Good service. Tasted good, too.
just ordered a meat lovers melt . I picked it up and when I got home and opened it it was burnt beyond edible!!! the guys... working had to know without a doubt it wasn't edible but took my money and sent it out anyway. 11-2-22 bad experience andemployees that don't give a flip!! Cannot get an answer calling for 6 days now no answer or answer and immediately hung up on....I got an order on 2nd of march... 2022 and food was not edible.....my wings were burnt and pizza was super undercooked. On many occasions when I have ordered pizza from this facility, It has arrived partially cooked. The dough is doughy instead of... crisp and yesterday the cinnamon rolls were half dough instead of fully baked. I would feel more likely to order from you againif my pizza and or desserts were fully cooked. Read more
The order was placed online and didn?t arrive at the expected time. I called and the female worker explained that they were... behind and only had one delivery driver and said we could pick up. I stated as long as the pizza was hot and fresh I did notmind. We did pick up only to find two very overwhelmed, hard working employees doing their best to keep things running all thewhile being cussed at by angry customers. Although delivery was well past when it should have been here she was very honest andmade sure our pizza was fresh in spite of delays. Wasn't happy with the pizza. I didn't like the taste. No zest to the sauce, pizza had no flavor. Pizza tase like butane or... whatever chemical the pizza oven uses. Im so tired of this no contact delivery, when I didn't choose no contact deliver...I wantmy pizza handed to me..not left on the ground at my door. I always leave a good tip. It's just unacceptable.
