Rude Kids running the store.Need a crash course in customer service, waited 2 hours for delivery called and had to go to the... store to show I had ordered showed proof of order. Finally got them to remake it they made it wrong and was told "not myproblem" as they walked away. Supervisor refused to give me her name still charged delivery fee and the tip for the driver who Iwas told probably left it at wrong address and they never even managed to say sorry for the inconvenience. I finally left afterbeing treated very badly including eye rolling ect. Like I was trying to steal food after paying $62.40. Never again. Read more
I'm lactose intolerant so when I ask for light cheese, I mean sprinkles. Normally Pizza Hut is fine about fixing the order when... I let them know it was too much. During my last visit, the clerk snatched the box out of my hand and closed their drive thruglass with anger. She did remake the pizza though. I purchased two pizzas last night and my pizzas arrived hot and expeditiously. The delivery person went above and beyond by... taking an ample box to set my pizza boxes on top of( so they weren't directly on the ground) when the order was dropped off atmy door. Read more
Manager on duty was nice enough to replace my pizza, after the style was made wrong. Unfortunately, the original pizza looks a... thousand times better than my replacement. I have ordered several pizzas from this location. Instead of getting marinara, I like buffalo on one and barbecue on the other.... Other than once in all of my orders has my pizza come with the sauce on the pizza. The marinara comes on the pizza, so if yousub the sauce should it not be on the pizza? Regardless the past times I have at least received the 2 different sauces on theside including the 1 time it was on the pizza. It is what it is, at least I have it. Well this order came with 2 of the samesauce on the side. So I finally had enough so I politely called. All I asked was how can I resolve this, if there is too manytoppings, should I call after using the app, did I need to specify. Because the manager decided to argue with me; "That therewas sauce on there. Inform me that they put extra sauce on the side. That in the future I needed to order on the app then callin the order."
