this is the worst fast food establishment i?ve ever been to. they consistently gives me meat on my food after explicitly telling... them MULTIPLE times no meat. they?ll even read it back correctly and still give you the wrong food. i understand working fastfood sucks but you don?t get to just disregard people?s dietary needs. once they locked the front door for no reason as i waswalking up. Took forever, even through doordash we had an order for a 3 pc meal. Basic meal. We get there and were told to wait 10 mins, had... to wait 15 and didn?t get the order to the customer at a timely manner. Never been a good location though. Read more
This Taco Bell was regarded by me as one of the best in the area. I think they must?ve lost all of their original personnel... because it has just been downhill lately. Wrong food and drive thru times lengthy (even at non peak hours). That would neverhappen with the old employees that had the drive thru moving fast. May have to go to bueno or another bell ??????? Decent food but good luck getting it within an hour. Lord forbid there's more than 1 car in the drive thru. Puts the whole place... on shut down. Read more

Got the TB #6. Chalupa tortilla was soft and warm. The food looked just like the drive thru picture. Quite possibly the freshest... Taco Bell I?ve been to in a very long time. Customer service from the drive thru attendant was exceptional. 30 minutes to closeon a Wednesday night and it was the friendliest customer service from a fast food place that I?ve received in awhile. I went last night to get me Taco Bell it has a special $5.00 box I looked it up on line under Taco Bell on Brown Trail - I pull... up to order the 5.00 box and what I wanted in it ( from the internet ) I ordered the special Box and the girl taking my ordersaid they do not sell a 5.00 box - I just ordered a Chalupa & reg. taco & Chips and cheese sauce . it was 7.89 !!! the Chalupafell apart and the Taco did too !! the shell was old and maybe cooked early that day or Yesterday - Also they just put chipslose in the bag and No cheese sauce !!!!
