All I know is if you go in the AM service is always Great and food Is definitely fresh !
I went to buy 3 of the $3 breakfast deals. I asked for the maple chicken bacon croissant, the lady rudely said "you can't have... that on the $3 deal". Nowhere does the menu or online state that. We got the bacon/egg. 2 pieces of undercooked bacon on a coldcroissant. The potatoes were good. The service was horrible. I'll stick with Chick Fil A. Read more
Worst Wendy's EVER!!!!! Waited 20 minutes for them to forget my drink and they messed up my order. I will never go back. Their... employees kept giving me dirty looks when I corrected their mistakes. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Can'tforget to add there was a whole hair in my food when I got home to eat. Spent $20 for my appetite to be ruined. Read more
9/14/2022 @ approx 3:40pm I placed a order in drive thru for a 4for 4 w/spicy nuggets and a parmesan ceasar salad an an... additional jr bacon burger. First i was handed a completely different order then had to wait another 12 minutes for the correctorder . One of the burgers only had a patty inside and nothing else. We picked up uber eats here. They were so slow, waited over 30 mins in the drive thru to be waited on by the rudest woman ever.... I was told by my boyfriend, that they are always slow and seem bothered by anything...Not our fault. The food was probably coldand nasty. Stay away. Read more
I came here on a Friday, after noon and my experience was amazing. The food was super hot and fresh. The fries filled to the... top! The lady in the drive-thru was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be coming here again. Read more
BEWARE!! Absolutely WORST Wendy?s!! Went for the first time last week. Ordered food in the drive thru specifically ordered a... burger plain with NO Cheese. Repeated no cheese 3 times plane. Just meat on a bun. How hard is that. They managed to put cheeseon it. Went inside and spoke to a very nice lady that fixed it. Went today to give it another try. Ordered the same thing. Thistime repeated NO CHEESE PLAIN. Just meat and bread, Repeated it several times. Took forever in line to the point other peoplewere driving away behind me. They managed to mess up my order again. The lady that took the order sounded and looked goofy! Eventried to keep my credit card. I had to ask for that back. Returned the burger. The food was good, it was very hot & fresh. BUT, the guy who took my drive thru order, a white male, urban sounding forgot to... mute his mic & said ?That sound like a g@y n!*ga? when I was going to the window to pay. So I asked if he was the one who justwas taking my order, he said no, LEFT MY CARD THERE & walked to the back and told a co worker ?Aye man get yo boy? and anotherguy came, completed my transaction and said ?Yea gone to the next window? so I get to the next window, they have the windowopen. I was asking for extra utensils & napkins because I was going to be at the hospital & they were completely ignoring me,gave me my food and shut the window. No thank you, have a nice day, anything. I?m no Karen/Male Karen, and I?m young as they allwere but they were so rude and poor with customer service. Calling corporate and will never ever return.
