Consistently lazy (10 plus visits)! Consistently getting orders wrong and when you check they have an attitude. They act put... out when you order. The manager ?Kathy? always has something to whisper to other employees. I spend $50 at each visit. Goodthing the chicken is good. Read more

Very disappointed in my 8 piece dinner. Chicken was not fresh.. might have been sitting on warming shelf for hours. The 8 pieces... varied from normal breast and back to 1/2 WING and an unidentifiable chunk of chicken about the same size as the wing piece. Notreally 8 normal pieces. We barely fed 3 people. Very expensive for what we got. I will look before I leave from now on to besure I'm getting fresh food. Staff was friendly. Read more

Can't complain they are always nice and when my order was wrong they fixed it and brought it to my car , it's hard to find good... customer service in a fast food joint but this place does an amazing job I have never had any real issues..hope they keep it up Read more

The chicken was dripping with grease, the biscuit did not taste fully cooked and was a little gummy insiwe're coming inside... overall not a good experience. The staff was acting as if they really didn't care to be there. Read more

Excellent food. Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders meal to go. Got home and had 8 large tenders. Biscuit was very fresh. Fries were... a little soggy, but they tasted good. Read more

This is the third time this year, that I've stopped in for food. Only to be disappointed in management overall. How do you never... have HONEY?... Not only did you over charge me for biscuits, the only reason I wanted the extra biscuits was to have them withsome honey. The only reason I get is that everyone is short staffed and supplies are limited. I call bs and blame management.To which I'm told there is no GM. So I blame the corporation as a whole. You've forever lost a customer. Oh and tell the shiftmanager to learn better customer service and people skills. His attitude needs work. Read more
