Arriving at drive thru at 8:31 p.m. to request (1) Little Cesar's classic pepperoni pizza only to be ask if this was an online... order. After asking what do you mean as n online order the lady said we are only accepting online orders. At this time I saidthat that stated business hours are until 9:00 p.m. and the response was yes open until 9 but only accepting on line orders atthat time her story change again that half her help had left for the evening. I then ask the question of if I call in an orderwill you supply me with a pizza the answer is only on line orders. By now I'm totally confused of the whole situation. I askthem if I order on line would you then sell me a pizza....answer was yes. I then gave up on trying to purchase from this storeand drove around the building to exit and return home. Upon turning the corner there were 3 automobiles park there, so I guessif half her employees left then she had 6 on her shift. Why even bother opening if you're not going to serve customers? If you don't place your order online there's a good chance... they'll flat out refuse you service. They're open until 9, but in reality, they stop working around 8 (or whenever they pleasefor that matter). We have frequented this Little Caesars for years, but no more. My daughter's favorite place to eat! Staff is always nice.(7 months ago) EDIT: my last visit was horrible!! Was talked to like a... complete dog for no reason! Didn't even bother eating here. The man literally rolled his eyes when we were ordering and sized us up with a look of disgust... on his face! And scoffed at another customer and tosser her pizza down on the counter for her to pick it up!! The rudest serviceever. Called in an order. They were rude. Bread sticks and cheese bread were cold. The supreme pizza I got literally had to be put in... the oven so it was completely cooked. Ridiculous. Every time I go there something's wrong. And if it's after 8:00 I can't evenget crazy bread because they say they're out every single time. Why are the people that work there soo rude and sarcastic? Placed order and went to pick it up thru the drive thru. Man very... hateful said I needed to let them know I was there. Called my order in, said it would be 10 minutes. Drove about 15 minutes and it wasn?t ready, had to wait 10 more minutes.... Doors were locked I saw about 10 different people drive up to Drive through and just leave because no one waited on them. Thepizzas looked like they had been tossed around. The workers kept peeking out the door to see if we were still there. When theydid bring food, he brought it out back door instead of lobby. The food was not hot as it should have been.
