Worst pizza ever. I have always been a papa John's fan. This is the 3rd time since the bedford location opened that I have... regretted ordering. I gave them another opportunity today and confirmed never again. Entirely to much sauce pizza can't evenbe held without falling apart. Dough is mushy pizza is undercooked. After one slice and 50 bucks later as I was gaging I threwout 2 large pies. I will never order again. This make s me sad pj's was the best around once. Read more

I don't expect much from Papa John's. Let's be real. It's the McDonald's of pizza. At least get it to your customers looking... decent. This cold, doughy, coagulated mess looks and tastes un-cooked. *Management made it right. Reimbursed and offered tosend another order. Not the fault of the driver. Comes down to quality control. EDIT: I was contacted by the manager. She offered for me to come back to the location to receive the correct pizza. I?m not... normally out that way so she went above and beyond and made arrangements with a store closer to home for me to go in and get thecorrect pizza. My original review was only two stars, I am adding an extra two stars now that the issue has been addressed andresolved. Added 2 stars for the delivery time and the awesome delivery guy. But the pizza itself wasn?t good because they leftoff ingredients. Customer service was bad too because when I called to let them know the issue their version to make it betterwas to send out a cup with the left out ingredients to put on top of a pizza that would be cold by then. And they tried arguingwith me that the pizza wouldn?t be cold by then. (Their store was close to my delivery location, but I was outside, it waswindy, and I could feel the pizza already getting cold. Why would they argue about that?) Great and timely delivery guy. Pooreverything else. Won?t order from here again, should have given another option to fix their mess up. Read more
