They were understaffed, so there was a bit of a wait for food, but the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Our bartender,... Kate, did a phenomenal job. The cooks in the back made sure the food was worth the wait. Our entrees were exactly how weordered. Other than the food, it was "Championship Saturday", and when we got there the SEC Championship game wasn't on any ofthe TVs. I couldn't find CBS on the TV, but Kate eventually managed to assist me and I was able to watch the game. Thanks,Kate! Read more

Sat at the bar. Took awhile to have my drink order taken but I was in no hurry. Others waited even longer and some just... left. Heard the host say they were understaffed as some complained about the wait but they seem to have plenty of peopleworking. Place was somewhat busy but not slammed by any means. At least 10-12 people congregating around the serving windowoften. Could see into the kitchen. Seemed appropriately staffed. Noticed the only bartender was also being used to servetables. There had to be at least a half a dozen servers working. Restaurant is not that big so something was off about thatnight. Chose the Sunday Sirloin special. When it arrived, a large part of it was fat. It was also cooked medium well when Irequested medium. Still, it had decent flavor. It came out in reasonable time. OH they ran out of baked potatoes after Iordered so assumed my order would include it. Food arrived w/o the potato. Bartender never checked in to see if I wanted to subsomething. I inquire and finally get her to agree to sub a sweet potato at no additional cost. She did not want to include thesweet potato as a replacement. I was actually wanting to hang and have another beer but the bartender just closes out my checkwithout checking first. On it was an additional charge for the sweet potato. Reminded her to remove it. Food was fine. Beer wasgood. Service was a mess. Something did not add up with how the staff was struggling with service that night. Read more

Placed an order at 2:49pm for takeout. Arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order and called at 3:05pm to let them know I was... there. They answered and said it'd be out shortly. Waited for 20 minutes before calling a second time at 3:25pm. They brought myfood out then. Drove home only to discover that they had gotten my order wrong and one of the entrees was something completelydifferent from what was ordered. Called the store a 3rd time to speak with a manager. Was told they could give me a gift card ifi drove back out, could give me what i actually ordered if i drove back out, or they would take down my name and number so Icould have a free meal next time I came in all of which were told to me with a lot of attitude like i was the problem. Gasprices are crazy right now and I dont have time to be driving back and forth so I chose the third option. I originally asked fora refund but was told it'd be a hassle because they'd have to go through corporate and higher-ups and it'd take three to fivebusiness days. Seems fishy and unprofessional and they need to work on their customer service skills. Read more

This place used to be wonderful. Now the workers will not even acknowledge you when you come to the bar to try to place a to go... order. We left after waiting 15 minutes of no one even speaking to us, went to the nearby pizza place to order and we were toldthat so many people come in and complain about RT. I don?t know what has happened to them but we definitely will not return. Read more

Since 2020 I feel RT has gone down. In general, not just the Bedford location. Some dishes are still okay, but the product... quality has dropped off. I won't knock them for staffing, like everyone they're doing their best. It's RT in general the foodquality. Read more

Keisha Gilmore had the salad bar looking fantastic this evening. She showed me where the topping was that I had missed and... explained what all the different pasta and potato salad options were.
