Picked up a bite to eat, went through drive thru pretty quickly. The lady was nice, food was fresh and the order was correct!
Love Wendy's in theory but I always plan extra time for the Bedford location. Spent about 39 minutes this last time waiting on... the drive through to order one chicken sandwich. Read more

Waited 15 mins in the line for this.the Bacon was burnt Fries was hard .
Just went to drive thru ordered two combos, waited a little while in line, got home and got a completely wrong sandwich, one we... didn't even order that I couldn't even eat because it was smothered in bacon. Sandwich we ordered was a double single with nocheese recieved a baconator with no cheese. Didn't have receipt so couldn't call in mistake, didn't feel like arguing with them,just won't return. Seems like everytime we go there we get the wrong order, I just give up at this point. Read more
I stood there waiting to place an order and the guy doing the fries, who was sweating wiped his forehead then his shirt. He... continued to handle the food WITH NO GLOVES. So gross. Flies were an issue too. Read more
Terrible dinning experience. Employees standing around and telling customers to just wait and not leave so they don't have a bad... day...leaving in the middle of order to talk to other employees about other orders...I had two plain burgers and the girl saidall my burgers had to be plain because she didnt know how to fix the computer...finished all our food and still didn't get ournugget orders...the only employees working were the two white guys on the grill...the front counter girl just wanted to flip herbraids around and touch food instead of working ...
