They forgot some of the food I ordered, so I would advise you check your bag thoroughly before leaving the premises. I called... and was told I could come back and get it but by the time I got home I was tired. There?s nothing but a bunch of kids on theircell phones making you wait a whole lifetime before you can place an order. I will not be coming back to this location at all.Terrible. Got off work early and stopped here for a quick bite. I wanted regular fries, got curly fries instead. They were horrible, and I... couldn't get a milkshake. The chicken sandwich was good. I didn't get a receipt so I was unable to take the survey to complain.Maybe the service was poor because it was close to closing time. This location is always nice and clean on the inside. Arby's has the best fast food for your money. The drive-thru could be a... little overwhelming at times. My food was good on this visit. The workers made me feel like they appreciate me as a customer andwas working very hard to fulfill my order and the other customer's orders. I will go back to this location. Read more
Took over 35 minutes to get a sandwich, ff, drink, & poppers. Completely unacceptable!
