This is the worst dunkin I?ve ever been to. I?m still sitting in the drive-through and I?ve been waiting for 10 minutes. I don?t... know how it takes 10 minutes for one iced coffee. When I got to the window the girl handed me the wrong drink and she gave it soquick I didn?t even have to realize it was wrong. I had to wait another two minutes for them to notice I was still there andthey had given me the wrong order. I saw some girl just standing there say ?That was supposed to be the cake batter latte? so Iwished she had told her coworker sooner that she was about to hand the wrong order. They asked me to pull up and said they wouldremake the drink for me. Now I?m watching all the cars that were behind me have been given their orders and pulled out. Frozen butter pecan coffee for my birthday! I ordered coffee for myself and my boyfriend, and a hot chocolate for my daughter.... They gave us the next size up hot chocolate for my daughter! The staff is very friendly and they all had big smiles on, whichwas wonderful to see. Read more
This locations SUCKS!!! The bacon is never fresh or hot. Why do I have to ask for hot/fresh bacon?! Who eats cold bacon??? The... other locations are not like this. This location will have you wasting your money. Caramel iced latte carelessly made. The girlsat the drive thru have the worse attitudes; you can tell they don?t wanna be there or care about the customers. I?ll never cometo this location again. I ordered a sweet black pepper bacon croissant sandwich, microwaved too long got too hard before I ate it, wrong bacon. Grilled... cheese sandwich barely toasted hardly no cheese. Coffee stayed hot about 5 mins. And a manager with very nice bling stronglytold me only six hashbrowns $13.67 WOW The $ does not appear to be going towards the quality of food. I just love not being a valued customer.... Walked into this Dunkin' donuts address and walked up to the donut counter where I... continued to look at donuts. Was going to buy half dozen for my daughter and I. Then I continued over to the cash register whenwe were done looking. Stood at the register for nearly 7 and 1/2 minutes without even being greeted or smiled at or anything.Left me feeling unappreciated and not valued as a customer. After feeling that way I turned around and walked out the door. Iwill not be returning to this Dunkin' donuts address. Something so simple... Just caused you all to lose a customer.
