A great stop off after school. Kids were very happy!
From the freezer I had a vanilla soft serve with caramel sauce sundae which was fresh and tasty. My daughter had a scoop of... coffee and black raspberry which she said was delicious. In the past we've enjoyed the red (cherry) or chocolate dipped bonnets(soft vanilla in a cone). Staff is always nice even when busy. Read more

Bedford Hills Carvel is the best place to have ice creams and cakes. I give 100 marks for the cleanliness at this place. ... Variety of icecreams and ice cream cakes beautifully arranged in clean glass refrigerators, very helpful and smiling staff.....specially the owner Mr. Avis is having a great personality welcoming customers with lovely smile. Do not get ice cream here. We ordered a cake with the assurances of the manager that it was nut-free because it was for our... 7-year old son's birthday, and he has peanut and tree nut allergies. When we cut into the cake, it was not what we ordered, andhad ice cream and ingredients that were known allergens. They screwed up the order and endangered an allergic child. Theyruined a birthday party for a 7 year old who could not eat birthday cake. And when I returned to complain, the dim employee whohad assured me the cake was nut free when I picked it up wondered aloud why they had an extra sheet cake in the back. There arebetter ice cream shops in the Bedford Hills and Mt Kisco area. Patronize those places. Read more

Great people and awesome ice cream !! Soft ice cream will put you in heaven. Hard ice cream flavors are to die for. Employees... make ice cream concoctions of the hard ice cream and sell it by the pint / quart ! Try it now , you will not be disappointed !!! The customer experience at this location depends on whos working. This is a very well stocked Carvel, but the staff can be iffy.... One time I had a great experience where I was even joking with the staff member, and another time I got Nickle and Dimed forevery small thing, and was treated with a short, unappreciative attitude, almost like it was a chore that I was buying fromthem. I will return again soon, (As I have many other times) I just hope my next visit will be pleasant. I may even make myreview a 5 star if that happens. Overall Rating: 6/10 Read more
