My wife and I recently moved back to N. Stamford and chose Sinapi's Pizza for our first recurring Friday Night Date Night in the... area. When we searched for pizza, Sinapi's popped up as one of the top rated independent pizza restaurants in the area and nowwe know why. Everything starts with the food in a restaurant review and their appetizers, pasta and pizza was absolutelydelicious. The portions are huge...their "Small" pizza is like a medium/large at any other place. My wife ordered a pizza andI ordered the Penne Salmon both of which we ate completely. Being a former PepsiCo executive, I was pleased to be able to enjoymy pasta with an ice cold Diet Pepsi because "everything goes better with Pepsi!" The service was just as good. The owner'sson Anthony runs the place and his sister Adriana is the lead server. They are both very hospitable, friendly, fast, andservice oriented. Their dad should be very proud of the adult kids he raised. Sinapi's pizza is consistently very good. Slices have are just crunchy enough on the bottom, the sauce is light and tasty, and... the crust is exactly what you want in a thin crust NY slice. Read more
Really good pizza. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I usually order take out but there is an area both inside and outside... to eat. Parking can be tough sometimes when busy since the lot is small and is shared by two other stores. Overall good food anda place that I would recommend Read more
A lot disappointed today! Since I have always been pleased with the pizza. I ordered Vodka sauce pie ( my favorite ) and... another the works with no meatballs or anchovies. I got home a got a regular pie and the works had no sausage. Read more
