I'm sorry to say this, but i don't think they should make you pay tip, unfortunately it's already built into the payment... machine. 4.0 | you know, I typically wouldn?t review a Starbucks but here we are. we?re in the ?burbs. I actually enjoyed this Starbucks... because they handled the crowd well, the drink and breakfast croissant was made well, and the store seems to really valuefeedback and has signage to follow and leave reviews, which is partially why I?m here. shoutout to the lovely woman that made mydrink, wish I got her name. I could tell she cared. the espresso was extracted well, the milk to sugar balance was good. I?mglad we stopped here. It has been a while since I didn?t regret pulling into a Starbucks out of desperation. Highly recommend this Starbucks!!! Visiting Chicago for the first time, this Starbucks is next to our hotel. Araceli was so... friendly and very helpful! I went to this location yesterday and had a very bad experience. I order a trenta mango dragonfruit lemonade didn't taste it... until i got in my car and drove off. when I say this was the nasties drink I have ever order and I always order the same flavorit wasn't rite at all, so I will not returning to this location.
