Great and clean place. Surprisingly they closed at 2pm on Saturday. Never seeing Starbucks that early.
Please update your business hours when you close early. You never follow the business ours on your google map. Even during the... week, I found you closed multiple times when I stopped by before 4pm. You should update google map, or let your customers knowif you are only updating it on starbucks app. Your app does not show the branch closed even if it was already closed either. Read more
Just pulled off the highway to get coffee and use the e restroom with my 4 year old. I had no idea but they happened to close... while I was using the restroom. When I came out they made me leave instead of letting me order something. I was already in thestore before they closed. Starbucks should be ashamed of this locations staff. Read more
If anyone is reading this you should write a complaint to Starbucks. I am so tired of the excuses. This Starbucks' hours online... never match their actual hours. They now say that they are open until 4pm and I tried to comply and get used to that but nowscheduled a meeting with a client today to take them for coffee at this starbucks at 2:30pm and the store has a handwritten signsaying they just decided to close at 2 today. I would rather this location close down than deal with the uncertainty andunprofessionalism of picking and choosing when they want to work. There is never an explanation and when I ask the staff, theysay its due to low staffing and low payment rates. I'm not buying it anymore. I worked as a barista at the espresso bar inNordstrom during major holidays and Black Friday with 3 or less people behind the counter and we worked efficiently and hadminimal complaints. We worked a full day and never closed early. I am appalled at whoever thinks this is an acceptable way torun a business and if this continues, they should at least offer discounted coffee for the continued inconvenience until hoursgo back to normal. The staff have always been wonderful here. They let me bring my well behaved dog inside and sometimes they offer to give her a... pup cup, which she loves! The service is friendly and fast here, and the coffee has always been up to the Starbucks standard. Read more
Nice little Starbucks in the King's shopping complex. We went in Starbucks at 9:30am on weekday in late August for a coffee and... there was literally nobody sitting in the place so we felt very comfortable Covid-wise. Prior to Covid, the place was alwaysjumping. Read more
