Arrived after they opened at 12:15, and they did not have their cookie cake by the slice ready. What kind of Great American... Cookies opens without one of their most popular items ready? Lisa was amazing! She was completely understanding of me not being completely sure of what I wanted. Always kept a smile on her... face and made sure my toddler loved her ice cream afterwords.
