Never had a problem before with this place but last night my husband went to pick up our order. When he pulled to the window the... workers were talking and cutting up and even looked up and seen him sitting at the window. But did not come to wait on him.Finally one of them did and our order was sitting there all this time getting cold. By the time he got it home it was so cold wehad to reheat it. Needs a no star for sure 2nd time in two weeks I gont brunt pizzas and or hardly no meat the manager/owner or so he said was... rude and lied saying they hardly ever gets complaints and was refueing to replace the pizza after I spent almost 60 dollars andafter arguing he said very rudely hed replace 2 pizza they were wrong also and cold with hardley any sauce will never be goingback highly suggest going to cabot or searcy locations if you want pizza done right the first time Read more

They need a "NO Star" option. We ordered $40.00 in 2 pizza's and 2 wing's. The wings were fine, but our fancironi pizza had... stacked four or five pepperoni and were so dry and cracked they just fell apart and were burnt around the edges and had a whitelooking film on them. GROSS! The pizza was old, cold and had sat for a long time in the oven. The fancironi pizza was cooked onthe wrong dough. It was their regular pepperoni crust and not the crispy crunchy cheesy edge the advertise. It was so gross wedidn't eat it. We order a sausage deep dish. The corner slice of pizza had no meat or cheese, just a little sauce. Unbelievable,they can't make a pizza. We had done yard work all day, extremely tired and was looking for something quick and hot. We normallybuy from Cabot but because we had to come to Beebe this was a closer spot. 2nd time here, the first time they gave us the wrongpizza but after this I think we will go to another pizza place or go to Cabot LC. I called the manager, Sarah who argued withme, put me on hold, came back arguing again and after I explained we are not driving back out there she then gave us a option toget on the list for a pizza redo. THERE SHOULDNT BE A REDO. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. JUST PREPARE A FRESHLY ORDER PIZZA. AND DOIT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Not giving them a third try. Ridiculous, your better off eating a frozen pizza from Wal-Mart. This isby far the worst pizza place. So disappointed. Called corporate and left a message. The never have any pizzas or bread sticks ready. We always have to sit and wait. So they really don?t have hot and ready pizzas!... They also do not wear gloves or hair nets. They were touching the pizzas with their bare hands. Read more
