It's not a bad McDonald's.. the food is good, the service is good, and the employees are very kind. There's usually not a long... line, but even if there is, they get you taken care of quickly and efficiently so the line is never long for too long. My onlyissue with this particular McDonald's is that their ice cream machine is NEVER working.. there is ALWAYS an excuse as to why theice cream machine is down. My favorite thing from McDonald's is a medium fry and an ice cream cone.. I like to dip my friesinto my ice cream but only the cone.. it's not the same with a milkshake ???? but this McDonald's apparently doesn't have afunctional ice cream machine so honestly I don't even go to this location anymore. Always getting our order wrong. Rude and short. I would probably understand of it was super busy at the time or short staffed.... But there wasn't a lot of customers and the staff was just hanging around talking. Got out order wrong and had an attitude whenwe asked for them to correct it. Read more
Stopped here on my way home. I ordered my food and pulled to the first window to pay. I gave the cashier 10.66 my food was 7.66... he asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no thanks. He handed me my receipt and no change, they had to call management to get 3dollars. Got to food window: They said a #7 i said no I ordered a #2 they insisted I ordered a #7 I asked for my money back.Which was returned. Visited 2 days later thinking they had a bad day, pulled up to order sat at the monitor waiting while carsbeside me in other order lane was moving 1 after the other. The amount of times that I have been given food that is so completely different from what I ordered is ridiculous. I?m not... usually one to leave bad reviews, but with this place being one of the only places to eat in town, I feel like they shouldn?t begiving people the wrong food. It doesn?t matter if it?s breakfast or lunch, I have RARELY received what I actually ordered, andstill have to pay for it anyways because of how much of a hassle it is to have to go back and get the food fixed. My best pieceof advice, check your food before you drive off, especially considering the fact that one meal costs $10-$13. Read more
If you order more than one thing, they will screw up your order. Almost every time I went through their drive-thru, something... was missing from the order. I mean, it's McDonald's, so I set the bar pretty low for this place. But still, somehow they manageto look worse than most fast food. Mostly a pretty good McDonald's restaurant, but today they forgot to put my hashbrowns in the bag. Had to stop go in and... several young employees standing around staring at whatever and wouldn't acknowledge I was at the counter. Finally one seen mewho cared and quickly got the missed items for me as they were lined up in the fry/hashbrown area. Just got skipped when fillingmy order. Read more
This location seems to always be lacking. They will have frequent outages of very common things and they are always slow and... rude. I have only come on a few occasions on long nights when the kids have requested it but it's to the point that it's noteven a convenience food anymore so it's not worth it in any way Read more
