This is 2 bad experiences in a row at this Pizza Hut and they used to be spot on with service and food quality. The former... order, I paid for extra cheese and ham and got neither. This order was never fulfilled and they couldn't find it. Not onlythat, I was made to feel (even though he was very polite about it) it was my fault the order wasn't there and that maybe I'd putin the wrong store, which I hadn't. He walked into the store with no solution or help offered. I'd placed this order at about1045 to be ready for lunch after church by 1215. I arrived at 1220. I didn't feel well and had a headache, so I'd made itcurbside pickup. After he walked in I pulled up my completed order in my account and took it in and showed it to him. Heapologized and said he didn't know what had happened, but that was it. I just kind of looked at him and said...So, what are wegoing to do about it? He said he'd get his manager and walked to the back. I waited at the counter for 4 minutes and finallywalked out completely unsatisfied and honestly pretty ticked off. The hand tossed pizza we ordered was very dry, almost as thin as the thin & crispy pizza we ordered, and the dough tasted old.... Also, the Cinnabon rolls were such a disappointment as the were so small that it only took 1 bite to eat them.. The Pizza Hut inBeebe, AR continues to get worse each time my husband and I order. Although historically I have always had a love for Pizza Hut,I will no longer order from this particular one. From this point forward we will order from Domino's or Ropers. Pizza from agas station tastes better than this does. How sad! Read more
The pizza I ordered was supposed to have ham and mushrooms on half of it. The mushrooms were left off but I was changed for... them. The ham is now cut into match stick pieces which is very appealing. I was very disappointed in this pizza. Read more
Love coming by to get my order, and visiting with the lovely ladies in the morning as well as the drivers they have. On second... shift I prefer delivery as it?s busier and they get the order out to me hot, fresh, and accurately. They have some speed demondrivers that?s for sure. Had to let them know to follow the speed limit sign my neighbors put up, and they have done well eversince letting them know. Forever a Pizza Hut lover! Keep up the good work! Read more
1st time to visit this Pizza Hut. Ordered as I was leaving Walmart, hot and fresh when I arrived. Great and friendly service,... clean waiting area. Little more costly than the completion, but well worth the price in quality and service. It?s not the cheappizza the completion serves. Read more
The last time I got a large pepperoni thin crust was soggy with grease. It has not been the same place it once was.
