I came in the other day and ordered my food. The lady at the checkout charged me for the persons behind me along with my own.... 30$ worth of food that wasnt mine. Instead of offering a refund, she handed me 2 cards for a free 6'inch sub. I went to use acard today and they told me I couldn't. Asked where I got them, I said I got them here and explained to the lady why I got them.Still said I couldn't use them. That I needed to purchase a 25$ dollar gift card to use the card I was given. No where on thecard did it say that. She just didn't want me to get a free sandwhich. Very, very annoyed with the whole team. I will never goback to that subway. What a rip off. ???? Today which is July 25th, 2022 we had a bad experience with the 2 workers that were there. There was still 20 minutes until... closing time and they had already locked the doors on us and on top of that ignored us and wouldn't even look at us. They closedearly and is causing Subway to miss out on sales they could have made if they just weren't too lazy and decided to work thehours they are suppose to work and stay open the correct hours too! The two young workers that were there were very rude and didnot make a good representation for Subway. Read more

We pull up to the location and for one it was 6:00 pm on the dot. We then proceeded to walk inside and see all the chairs on the... tables and the two workers mopping the floor. They told us and I quote ?I?m sorry you need to get out. The more people we get inhere the longer we have to stay here.? And shoved us out. More people started to walk up to the door then the workers locked thedoor. We then looked at the closing time at the door and on the app and the closing time is at 8. A whole 2 hours. As a fellow subway employee I was very disappointed in this establishment! The workers did not follow protocol and wash hands... before making my food or changing new gloves, the lady that made my mothers protein bowl put excessive amount of meat was notportioned at all, bathrooms were NOT sanitary! Subway has decent sandwiches. It's gone down hill but this is a nice location.
