So apparently breakfest is from 7am-11am but if they ?run out? at 9am they are just done with breakfest. 2 hrs before your... advertised time to be done and you run out. So because you have and I quote ?5 cars that order $30 a piece worth of breakfestis why we are out at 9am.? So, I guess they only know how to make the ingredients once. I feel like 2hrs before youradvertised time to stop selling breakfest is ridiculous. That?s about the 5th time I have been there to get it and they are?sold out?. This is a college town folks, plan for that. And the manager can catch these hands next time he runs that mouth,it?s not my fault you lack the mental fortitude to plan your breakfest out right to accommodate your town?s patrons. I generally have a nice experience here. I go to college at ASU and come to taco bell for lunch. There was a mix up with my... order the last time. Nothing major. My mom went up to ask about getting it adjusted for me, and things just sort of wentdownhill. The assistant manager (guy with shaggy brown hair) basically called my mom a liar, and was super rude. We were goingto return the wrong item, so it isn't like we were trying to get a free item. I feel bad for the other employees. They allseemed so tense. A kind lady apologized to us, but it was still a negative experience. Because of the exchange and the way theother employees seemed so tense and apologetic, I wouldn't be shocked if this is a regular routine of behavior and the workenvironment is toxic. I can?t name a time they?ve got an order right for me. And they just left 3 tacos out of my order, and gave me a beef burrito... instead of the steak I ordered. Stop taking so many pills before work so people don?t have to waste gasoline on stupidity. Read more
This place is an absolute joke. Don't bother wasting your time stopping here. First they were out of Mexican pizzas and "won't... get anymore until this fall". Okay so we order other things. My husband asks for medium sauce. They don't have any of thateither. I order a bean burrito and the tortilla looks like half of it was chewed off and there's so much red sauce coming out ofit that it's doubtful I'd be able to taste the beans.
