So apparently breakfest is from 7am-11am but if they ?run out? at 9am they are just done with breakfest. 2 hrs before your... advertised time to be done and you run out. So because you have and I quote ?5 cars that order $30 a piece worth of breakfestis why we are out at 9am.? So, I guess they only know how to make the ingredients once. I feel like 2hrs before youradvertised time to stop selling breakfest is ridiculous. That?s about the 5th time I have been there to get it and they are?sold out?. This is a college town folks, plan for that. And the manager can catch these hands next time he runs that mouth,it?s not my fault you lack the mental fortitude to plan your breakfest out right to accommodate your town?s patrons. I generally have a nice experience here. I go to college at ASU and come to taco bell for lunch. There was a mix up with my... order the last time. Nothing major. My mom went up to ask about getting it adjusted for me, and things just sort of wentdownhill. The assistant manager (guy with shaggy brown hair) basically called my mom a liar, and was super rude. We were goingto return the wrong item, so it isn't like we were trying to get a free item. I feel bad for the other employees. They allseemed so tense. A kind lady apologized to us, but it was still a negative experience. Because of the exchange and the way theother employees seemed so tense and apologetic, I wouldn't be shocked if this is a regular routine of behavior and the workenvironment is toxic. I can?t name a time they?ve got an order right for me. And they just left 3 tacos out of my order, and gave me a beef burrito... instead of the steak I ordered. Stop taking so many pills before work so people don?t have to waste gasoline on stupidity. Read more
This place is an absolute joke. Don't bother wasting your time stopping here. First they were out of Mexican pizzas and "won't... get anymore until this fall". Okay so we order other things. My husband asks for medium sauce. They don't have any of thateither. I order a bean burrito and the tortilla looks like half of it was chewed off and there's so much red sauce coming out ofit that it's doubtful I'd be able to taste the beans. I understand sometimes orders get made wrong or they get messed up as I work in a fast casual place, but this is ridiculous I... had placed an online order my Crunchwrap wasn?t toasted at all nor was my other burrito that I ordered, no napkins, no sauce, nosilverware at all, and three of the burritos I ordered weren?t even wrapped. I would have understood if it was a busy night butwhen I went through to get my order no other car was in the drive thru. Please make sure napkins, silverware, sauce andeverything is in the bag with it being correct before handing it out. Read more
I am an overnight nurse in a small town, so there aren't a lot of options for eating late. All my coworkers wanted Taco Bell,... so I went along. I ordered the 3 tacos Supreme chicken instead of beef. I got three chicken soft tacos. I order them supreme,because I want supreme. My friend next to me ordered 3 crunchy beef Supreme. She got 3 with lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, notomatoes. I called and spoke to Jonathan who called me a liar. He said he was working on the line and saw them make themhimself. Brand new and very clean. Not really liking the rusty metal strip of wall on the front side, but I guess it's the new look for... businesses maybe. The rest of the building looks cool. When they hand you the food through the drive-thru they use a small binto hand you the food for covid safety. Never had a problem ordering here, and the food tastes great. I just had grilled a nachoburrito and it was excellent! It even had Doritos in it. I would suggest coming here, even when you have a midnight craving,like I did. The beefy melt burritos are only 2$ and freaking awesome 3 for almost 10 and full big big time well worth it
