Good is amazing and always fresh... ice cream of many flavors and kinds are better than Plush Horse in Palos. Staff is amazing... and it has a setting of the American way...movie nights for kids free popcorn, playground, car showes and a lots more. I willdrive almost hr to eat there but also to just sit outside and eat and finally relax. Very clean it also has a sink outside ifyou need water for your dog...it is dog friendly and as I said very clean. Went yesterday loved it..this month special forflurry or ice cream is cheesecake with what ever fruit or toppings you want. I go a large saved some for today and I was so goodthat I almost finished it all last night alone with my food. Great place, you have to see it to feel the fine. Read more
Nice cozy little spot, plenty of seating, Staff was very friendly courteous and helping. Seemed pet friendly as there was a... horse there and a family had their dog. Didn't bother us at all, I thought it was great to see. Had a play area for the littleones. I had a medium cup of espresso ice cream with nuts, cost me about five bucks. I personally thought the espresso ice creamcould have had a little bit more espresso in it but that's just me, I am a coffee lover. I don't necessarily think I would goout of my way to go there but if you're down there it's a nice place to stop. I'd recommend it. Read more
This place is perfect for food and ice cream. Very nice atmosphere has a lot of outdoor seating and a small playground for the... little ones. So many food items to choose from as well as ice cream. The prices were very reasonable we had a strawberry sundaeand we had a root beer the root beer was delicious. Read more

One of the best parts about living in the Midwest small town is the local ice cream place. Everyone will be there on Saturday... night with their dog, grandma or kids! Buddy?s lives up to the expectations of quick and inexpensive bites to eat as well asall the ice cream concoctions you need! Nice outdoor seating area for the kids. Drive thru. Good service. This place has been around for a very long time and every chance We get We stop in for a treat of some sort. I have never been... disappointed with anything I have bought here and would recommend Buddy's to all Who want to experience an old fashioned IceCream Drive in.
