The burgers(hamburger and chicken) were not good. The quality of food has deteriorated since the last time we ate from here.

A group of 7 of us went here last night, immediately a waiter yelled at us to move so she could get through. Then we got told... it was going to be an hour and a half wait minimum for food in the rudest way. So we were just gonna get some drinks. The girlat the bar got mad at us and yelled at us to come up and order and that she was not going to open any tabs for us. We decided tosit down and look at the menu, and decide what we wanted to drink. After looking at all the prices of the food, we made thedecision to leave because it was not worth our time or giving them our business if that is how we are going to be treated. We have been going to this place for years and last night myself and some friends went for dinner. Within 1 minute of walking in... a staff member was yelling at us to move out of her way as we were trying to walk in the door. She continued to push through thegroup as we waited for another staff to assist us. The staff member behind the bar had the worst attitude that I have ever seenin a restaurant setting. She said that it would be a hour and a half for our food to come even though it was pretty dead there. She refused to open tabs so she demanded us to come up the bar and order drink?s immediately or to leave the restaurant. Afterbeing treated like garbage by all of the staff within 5 minutes we left and intend on never coming back. So sad to have a corerestaurant of a town to be ruined by new staff under new management that don?t understand proper customer service. Disgusting. Read more

We?ve been going to the Muddy Waters for dinner for many years. We often brought friends with us because we always had such a... great experience wanted to share it with others. My husband and I went on August 27 to have dinner. We were seated outside andwe sat for a good 10 minutes before we even had anyone come to ask if we wanted anything to drink. We finally got our drinks andwe thought we?d order our meals at the same time. My husband ordered the wings, all flats, and I order the buffalo chicken wrap.At least a good 30 minutes later(never being asked of we would like another drink) my husband?s wings arrived but they were alldrums and when he mentioned that he had ordered flats, our server crystal simply grabbed them away from him and said I?ll getyou another order. My food hasn?t arrived yet and when it did, I received a Caesar wrap instead of a buffalo chicken wrap andthe side Caesar salad was completely limp and just doused in sauce. When I told her that she gave me the wrong meal, again shejust grabbed it away for me and said I?ll get you another one. The attitude was unbelievable. I got to the point where we justthought let?s just get out of here. We?ve never been treated like this before at this restaurant. Mistakes happen and we werenever rude about it but the way she treated us was just totally unacceptable. I wasn?t going to do a review because that?s notwhat I like to do, so instead I sent an email to the manager or owner. Well I never heard back. Based on the way we were treatedby our server Crystal, we will not be coming back. She never apologized and she just made it seem like we were bothering her. I had eaten here about 3 years ago and idk how many owners ago. We returned for the saucy delicious wings and cold beverages.... Sadly we were left hanging on both of these. A lb of wings is not 6-7 split maple leaf farm wings. Coincidentally it was 40%off wings night and so I actually asked if they just took 40% of the wings away which would be more around the 9-10 that mostplaces serve in a pound. The medium wings didn?t make the wrapper saucy. This tells you the lack of sauce that was put on them.The Cajun ones were left to cool prior to tossing which caused all the dry spice to not stick to the wings. The beer was warmand the coke was flat but none ever asked us how anything was until I was loudly speaking while a male (later find out theowner) was walking by who prompted the server to check in on us. The lack of customer service offered to people who aren?tregulars is astonishing. We had placed an order for 4 lbs of wings which to them was max 28wings prior to another table orderingvarious meals and even their late additions came before less than a full fryer basket of wings. You aren?t ever going to havenew regulars if you don?t respect new customers. Read more

Great place to eat. Owner remembers what you like to drink. Servers are all awesome. Love that they support the community... with trivia night, and hosting golf tournament banquets. Even though you don't have to wear masks walking in they still manageto have it set up to make you feel safe. Shop local, don't drink and drive. I like the commute home. Update: a beer I likehas been on strike. As soon as I walked in the owner updated me and got me to try a local equivalent from Creemore. Love thepersonal touches. Read more
