Extremely disappointed. Ordered the $12 brisket meal and a $2 Turkey slider. They were the same size and the slider literally... had more meat on it! We also specifically said curly fries with the brisket meal and they gave us regular friea. Read more

Not a good experience. We had decent customer service from the two young ladies up front but our food was cold, our fries were... stale and cold as well. One of the gentlemen who ordered fries came back in for a fresh set and the young African American ladyhad an attitude. I'm disappointed that someone would give us an attitude when we purchased food and just wanted a fresh mealafter traveling all day. Hope things get better. Read more

Hi! I forgot to apologize at the window so i?m doing it here. I ordered in the drive through around 6pm on August 10th and my... phone was plugged into the aux cord and I accidentally clicked on a video on twitter of a man yelling something and it wasreally loud and then the person taking my order seemed startled so I just wanted to say that I didn?t mean to make it sound likeyou were being yelled at and I?m sorry if it caused you any distress! Went there twice on August 6th 2022. First showed up at 10: 40am no one answered the speaker and I sat there about 5 or 6... minutes. A car had just gone before me I do not know if their order actually got taken. Then I left and came back at 12:30 p.m.the drive-thru was wrapped around so I decided I was going to try and go inside because there was a sign saying dining room nowopen. I pulled on both doors and they were locked the sign needs to come down if dining room is not open. I have been through the drive-thru of this Arby's many times and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Orders are... accurate, fries are hot, menu items are consistent every time, and the staff are always patient and kind. I typically order aRuben, gyro, or classic beef with cheddar meal and sub the fries for mac & cheese. I don't live in the area so when I am here Irely heavily on quick and easy meals and this Arby's has been a crucial part of that rotation. Almost twice a week and itcontinues to be a 5 star experience each time. Read more

The woman working at the drive-thru wasn't the best. Among other things we had ordered 2 drinks. My daughter and I had a... miscommunication about the drinks and she didn't want what I had ordered for her. When we got to the window I asked the womanif she had already made the drinks to which she replied yes. Okay, I figured we were just out of luck. She hands me one drinkand then starts to go around the corner to make the other one. I called for her and asked if she had not made the other drinkyet, she then said no. Okay, awesome. I asked her if I could just have a sweet tea instead. She seemed a little annoyed butgave us the tea. After we pulled away my daughter discovered that she had been given unsweetened tea. It was a bunch ofmistakes I guess but it certainly was not a pleasant experience for us. Other times here have been better for sure. Read more

Horrible experience. When they screw up 3 times in a month with 3 different crews... that's unacceptable. I blame management and... corporate will be hearing from me on monday. The health administration will be hearing from me also. I have pictures of thefilth and my family also witnessed hearing the staff telling eachother how they don't care about their jobs, and they can't waitto go home because they don't work tomorrow. It was so cold my face was frozen, my meal was cold by the time I got it, and myfingers were freezing. My father had to wear his jacket and his hood up the whole time. The fries they gave us? What fries....there were like 3 fries with a bunch of pieces in the bottom. The medium was half full and the small was almost Non existent. Iwalked back up and asked for a large fry which looked horrible in the end. Who wants to expect "curley fries" and get a bunch ofmini pieces. Will never ever be back here again. Hopefully they get reamed by corporate and the health administration.Disgusting. Read more
