Until recently, I hadn't gotten Bertucci's for a LONG time (like since I was a kid), and wow has it grown with the times. I... placed a large order for my office at 6 AM in the morning. The website was easy and super fast to use. The order was at ouroffice on time at 12 PM (still hot) and it was delicious. We had everything we needed, included a couple gluten free pizzas.Everyone loved the pizza, including me. I will definitely use Bertucci's again for my own personal dining and for anotheroffice lunch. I kept the pizzas pretty simpe for this order, but am looking forward to try some of the Artisian Pizzas. Theylook fantastic. Read more
Popped in here and sat at the bar to have a quick meal and drink after a very trying day. Rick, the bar tender was awesome. He... was attentive, engaging, and made good drink recommendations. He seemed to have a great rapport with all the patrons. Woulddefinitely come back and ask for Rick! Read more
Excellent pizza! Bertucci's brick oven pizza is under the radar. Don't always go with the choir assuming that small joints are... the best. Stop driving by and check Bertucci's out for yourself. Quality food and dine-in service. Best pizza in HarfordCounty, MD! Read more
The food is good, service was good too however there are some safety concerns that should be addressed on the outside. The... parking lot is super dark and there were customers outside that couldn’t tell where the entrance was because of it. It lookedlike there were extra light post on the exterior however they seemed to be missing bulbs. Esthetically the extreme darkness inthe parking lot made the restaurant look empty and unwelcoming. Hopefully Bertucci’s will attend to this matter, I’m surethey will gain more attraction once they do! Read more

Wonderful location, really calm atmosphere. Its cozy in a way. The family focus is true to the Italian way. Food also has a nice... garlic focus which is any Italian staple, I heard a quote before once saying "Food is essential, therefore make it good" and letme tell you. Its good eating here. Read more
Service was great as they were very friendly and service was pretty fast. Food wise it was a decent meal, the sauce is a little... bland but they it up with portion size. The lemoncello cake was light and moist. A nice flavor without being too sweet. Ifyou're going to sit at the bar on a cold day bring a jacket. It gets a bit drafty in there. Read more
We went here for lunch, they weren't busy at all. We walked in & there was no one at the front at all. There was a server that... was walking around looking like she hated life. She walked right past us, didn't say one word, no "Hi, Someone will be rightwith you or Welcome in." Then, someone came up to seat us, but there was no greeting she walked up & said "2 today?" As we werewalking back to the table the hostess said something to the server, in front of the table she was at & she told her "As long asshe tells him it was his table." Which after working in a restaurant setting before for 10 years or so wasn't something thatmade me look forward to sitting where she put us. Everyone working on the floor in there looked absolutely miserable & like theyhated the world. The cooks & everyone in the back looked happy so it made it stand out even more how unhappy the front of thehouse looked. Our server was nice but wasn't very attentive. He seemed like he had better things he could be doing & that hedefinitely did not want to be there dealing with people. The food was ok, definitely not even close to being worth what theycharged for it. Half of it was lukewarm & then the main dishes were piping hot. Again they weren't busy at all & we were ourserver's only table. But, we waited & waited for him to appear to get boxes that there was no way our food was going to fitinto. When we left there was no one up front to greet customers or to tell them goodbye & thank them for coming in. For whatthey charge for their food I would expect way better service, better food & front of the house employees that at least look likethey're not ready to kill someone. Between the first server that walked right past us to our server to the amount of money itcost for 2 people & everything in between, we will never go back to this location.
