We were sat within 5 minutes of arriving. The server was attentive, and gave us enough time to look over the menu. I asked about... the pot roast hash because I didn't see it on the menu and the last time I was here, it was there but they no longer serve itwith scallions so this time I ordered it with peppers and it was delicious, I still miss the scallions but it's not bad at allwith the peppers. Arrived told be a 20 minute wait. Was finally sat almost 40 minutes later. Server was great food was great. I give it a 3 out of... 5 due to the long wait when the restaurant was dead. Was short staffed. I get that but they need to hire more people or havemore people working bc if restaurant is dead and you have a lob8full of people waiting to get in to eat well than that's aproblem. Just did pick-up. Called in our order, arrived 20 mins later. Order was ready. As the COVID thing is winding down there were... only a few empty tables. Their farm fresh food was great. Bob Evans has always had pretty decent food, but this location is always busy. There is a really short, older woman who works in... the front and everytime we go in she tells us the wait is 15-25 minutes. After we are still waiting an hour later, we leave andgo somewhere else. For a while it was because they were short servers and only some sections were open. That problem has beenresolved though. This is happening consistently, so we are giving up on this restaurant. I understand there may be a wait,especially on Sunday, but it is annoying when the wait time is constantly misrepresented. There is a big difference between 15minutes and over an hour. Read more
