Quality of the food has gone down pretty severely. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Ranch wrap and there were only a few pieces of... chicken in the entire thing.. 90% of it was filled with shredded cheese, like honestly who wants that much cheese in a wrap? Itlooked nothing like the menu described it. And they don't really care about presentation anymore, I know Buffalo Wild Wingsisn't a "fancy" place, but there's better ways to plate food then throwing the mostly cheese-filled wrap on a metal toaster panwith cold fries scattered everywhere. Mozzarella stick came out cold and had to be recooked, wings had definitely been sandbagged. They were so old the sauce had... absorbed totally into the cold chicken. Service was good but the food at this location is pathetic. The cook was to concernedwith watching tv and drinking Mountain Dew to do his job. Read more
This specific location not great. Everyone has a off day but this was a little more then that. Ordered Asian cauliflower off the... app menu, came un-sauced, 2nd time just sauce no toppings, 3rd time a few toppings thrown on no ranch no green onion. Orderedbuffalo tots came without the buffalo powder which I was specifically craving at this point why send them back. Husbands wingsfatty improperly rendered. The place was really dirty. They sat me at a table that wasn?t cleaned seats were full of crumbs table was dirty and the seats... had stains on the cushion park where you put your back also there were tissue and a milk that they never picked up. The floorswere really dirty. My food took a very long time to come. I ordered boneless wings they gave me the smaller little chicken ballsand that was 9$ it looked like a kids meal. My wife had been wanting to come to Bdubs for over an year but something or the other kept is away. Today was finally the day... when we checked in after years. We were just in time for happy hours. We got Coors and Miller light for $4 and Margarita for $5.For appetizer we got the fried pickle for $4. For Thursday they have BOGO free on boneless wings. I got the Carolina Reapersauce and my wife got the Hot one. The place is a bit dirty and needs some deep cleaning but our server Kelley was the best. Shewas attentive, courteous and regularly checked on us. She is the reason I am giving 4 stars and was even thinking 5 stars.Overall it was a great experience. The food was great and we had a great time. If only they can clean up the place a bit, itwill be even better. Even the menu had ketchup on it which had dried. Went for lunch, this was our first time visiting. We enjoyed our meals the burgers and wings were just as ordered and delicious.... Our server was very polite and on point. We never had to ask for anything. Read more
