My fave BK location in the N of Bel Air, order right 99.9% of the time and food is always hot, never tastes like it's been... sitting for an hour. The staff is as friendly as a fast food place gets, not in Chik-Fila territory, but they are polite andefficient. As much as I like to keep fast food at a minimum, keeping health in mind, BK has some healthier options to try. Igive it a 4 because at times the store is understaffed, I'm sure it's not their fault, but that's the only thing that keeps thisBK from being 5 stars. Good job BK ???? Read more

Went through the drive through and only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a small Coke. After waiting for a car two ahead of me that... took a good three minutes to get their food the next car was taken care of immediately. When I pulled up I was told to pull upand someone would bring out my food. After 2 more cars were taken care of I went inside obviously mad. I ask and they said theyhad to make them fresh. I still had to wait. When I finally got my order and returned to my car the burgers had never had thecheese heated. I WILL NOT RETURN to this location! Read more
