I love this location and I try to go at least once a week. The staff and owner are all extremely friendly. Every time I go in,... it?s been extremely clean. The subs come with a lot of ingredients. Coming from a restaurant background, I noticed theingredients are a portioned by a system. It makes sure the flavor and portions are consistent, which I love. Everything isportioned to bring out the best flavors. However, if you take off what you don?t want of course it?s going to look like you havenothing. I read a review about someone saying their isn?t any bacon. None of the Capriotti?s that I have been to, have ever hadbacon. I grew up eating Capriotti?s. There are also a few independently owned Capriotti?s that are not part of the franchise.They are allowed to do what they want. This often happens before the company decides to franchise. Rule of thumb always checkyour order before you leave any place. The rushes can be overwhelming, especially for the younger staff. For many of the youngerstaff, it?s their first job (I enjoyed talking to them). Props to the owner for giving them a chance. Our youth need thatopportunity. I do have to say I am disappointed with how some of customers have acted (especially towards the underage staff).I have seen several people grab whatever bag they wanted because they assumed it was their sub and ignored the employee. I evenwitnessed someone throwing a sub at a young teenager and yelling at them. If you can?t be respectful and kind, don?t go out. Youjust look crazy, rude, and childish. I have had almost every sandwich on the menu between this location and my childhood. Iwill never have a sub anywhere else. The Bobby is my favorite. Their reviews on most places are amazing. Burned by awful service again... should have followed my standard rule: NEVER patronize new restaurants or bars for at least six... months after they open. Ordered a large, $20 Grilled Italian. Waited for close to 15 minutes for the sub to be made because theguy making the sub was more interested in having personal conversations with co-workers (I could hear every word, unfortunately)than working. Waited another 5 minutes for the sub to be handed to me after it was ready because the cashier was beingre-trained on how to ring something up. Finally got my sub, drove home, ripped it open to find a chicken and mushroom sub (orsomething like that). At that point, I didn't care I was so hungry... I ate it. Very good sub - whatever it was. Made sure Iordered the right thing and was charged for the right thing by checking my receipt (order for "Ton", instead of "Tom")... yeah,what I ordered and paid for wasn't what I was given. Went in today, August 10, 2022. The service was good, the staff are still training, but were all pleasant and professional. ... The store was clean and inviting. There are only four tables, so it might be hard to dine in during busy times, but there wasplenty of room to wait for my order. I ordered a half meatball sub and chocolate chip cookie. Everyone I encountered, from thewomen who took my order to the man who called my name and handed me my food was professional and polite. They offer wagyu beefand vegetarian options. I so desperately wanted to give a 5 star review but I can't. What I can say is the sandwiches taste great! The complaint here is... the contents or the lack of contents.
