GREAT FOOD BUT!!! Unfortunately bad atmosphere. This place is built using the long in the tooth "modern" and AWFUL trend of hard... floors with an open metal ceiling, between the amplifying effect of that construction, the woks clanging in the kitchen, LOUDMUSIC making stir fry, orders being yelled back, and ready for pick up, and the requirements of patrons and employes alike haveto be on the verge of screaming just to communicate. The loudness of the environment, well frankly it's deafening andinhospitable. Tonight I went in and it was extremely busy, there was so much sensory overload with the sound, I starteddeveloping a migraine as soon as I was heading out the store with my order. If you have a child on the spectrum this will setthem off in short order. I wouldn't be surprised if employees develop headaches and migraines often, hearing loss, and ortinnitus, which would be very unfortunate. Also on an unrelated note, why isn't calorie count listed on the screen? That's juststupefying in a restaurant that only takes orders via kiosk or app. I know these issue aren't an issue for this particularrestaurant, but for the business as a whole, however since this location is brand new, I've noticed what I can only assume iscorporate employees in around lunch time overseeing the roll out. Hopefully they will see this too. PS. I am giving a 1 starreview to get the attention of the powers at B. Once they respond, I will change my rating back up to a 4 or 5 star, because Ido really enjoy the food, I just had the environment inside the establishment. Read more
Fantastic food! Order ahead if you can. I?ve been 4 times already. I went the first day they opened and my meal was absolutely... perfect, I didn?t even have to wait, in and out in a matter of seconds. Since going back, the wait time is much longer thanquoted online, but that?s due to its popularity and good food is worth the wait. And kudos to the woman who was workingSaturday night when there was a man upset while waiting for his order (like everyone else inside), she was polite and patient,and extremely professional. I don?t know her name but she was plating/bagging all the orders up front. And the first night?sstaff was also fun and friendly. I?ve told everyone I know about this place, posted it on social media, taken some over to myparents. I?m obsessed. Love the sweet soy five spice sauce the most! Read more
Yummiest place!
I attended the friends and family training opening and it was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and on top of things and the... food was delicious! I got the spicy garlic stir fry and it was so good I ate the entire thing! The meals are fresh and wellpriced and I love that there are a lot of healthy options. Read more
Wonderful experience! We stopped by for lunch during their training day & soft open - instead of telling us to come back... tomorrow the staff brought us inside for a free and delicious lunch. They have a ton of great (and healthy) options too!Definitely will be back. Read more
