Clean, well lit. Mobile orders were hidden behind a counter, not on the rack. Person at that station was not paying attention... to people coming in. A co-worker had to tell him to wait on the line of people standing waiting. Sub not as good as otherlocations. Had more cheese but less peppers, onions and mushrooms. It was ok but wasn't as tasty. Best subs ever. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you so you know it's fresh and you can taste the difference. 3... different sub sizes. Giant sub can be shared between 2 people. Original Italian is the best cold cut option. Get it "Mike's Way"and they'll add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar, oil, salt and oregano. This place makes subway look like garbage. Read more
The staff at this location are the rudest. They ignore customer instructions. Of the 3 employees preparing food 2 did not have... on gloves and had dirty fingernails. Read more
First let's start with manager who comes from back wiping his hands on his uniform pants never washed his hands put on gloves... took customer money with gloves on then proceeded to make his food without changing his gloves then it gets worst this samemanager starts scratching his dirty hat with gloves still on hand I guess his head was itching then began to make numerouscustomer subs this manager look very dirty cant believe this behavior from the person in charge imagine how to crew viewcleanliness. We order from Jersey mikes very often and never have been disappointed until now. We ordered 4 cold subs Friday night and were... very dissatisfied with them this time. They hardly had any meat and cheese on them. They are usually always full and fresh anddelicious but this time all four might have had 2 layers of meat and a slice of cheese. More roll then anything. They were soskimpy that you could even see what was on them until you opened the roll up. We order from the Bel Air, Md store and always arehappy but not this time.
