The food here is always great. I tried their veggie calzone for the first time tonight ? ITS LEGIT???? will definitely be... getting again ( thank you to the wonderful cook(s) who made it ). We also ordered a cheese pizza and some mozzarella sticks,delicious as always ! Everything was great . Service, food, cleanliness, all great . I have been driving long distances to satisfy my craving for Ledo's pizza for over 20 years. I am so happy there is now a Ledo's... near me. Ledo's is known for their thin flaky crusts, sweet sauce and wonderful toppings. Ledo's pizza is Maryland's signaturepizza. This is a pizza you will love. Read more
Glad to see Lido's back. Went for some wings and pizza w the hubs. Food was great. GM and staff were helpful and... courteous. Update: they really need to be prepared with brewed teas, utensils, and plates before dinner rush. Read more

LEDO NEEDS HELP! Woefully understaffed! Owner is working in the kitchen on a Sunday night. I walked in at about 6:25 and placed... an order for a 14" pizza, 2 gyros no lettuce, one with extra meat, and a Ceasar salad. The young man taking the order did notput [no lettuce] on the ticket, as I later found out. Within 5 minutes the restaurant filled with customers picking up onlineand phone orders, eat-in, and carryout orders. The young woman, Jana, working the front counter worked really hard assemblingorders for pickup, greeting/hosting customers walking in and serving eat-in customers - 3 tables worth. Apparently she has onlybeen working for Ledo for a week but ran the front counter like a pro - she's a keeper. The kitchen was overwhelmed. The orderwas brought out 50 minutes after placing the order. The pizza was good but not as hot as expected, the gyros had lettuce on themand the gyro meat was cold, no extra meat, dry and burned. The Ceasar salad was small for a full order but great tasting. Thiswas going to be a one-star review but Jana came out halfway during our wait, explained the delay and offered us dessert for ourlong wait, which we politely declined. Based on her customer service skills and her hard work alone, she earned three more starsfor this review. I was very disappointed with the food I received after such a long wait. LEDO pizza can be a fantastic place ifthey hire enough people to work. 4 out 5 stars because I hope they will fix the staffing issues. Read more
Been here when it first opened and it was ok. Not as good as the one in White Marsh. Got pizza and wings tonight and did not... have a good experience. First of all it took forever to get our food. Staff seemed frustrated and acted as if they didn?t wantto even be there. After close to an hour we got our food and the pizza was cold and the boneless Buffalo wings were cold and wayover cooked. While waiting we actually witnessed the phone ringing and the kid behind the counter just ignoring it. This placeis not equipped or staffed for a dinner rush. Read more
We love Ledo and have missed them ever since the restaurant in Bel Air closed years ago. Glad to have them back in Bel Air and... we went last night to check it out. Food (pizza, calzone and the legendary Ledo Italian salad) was great, as usual, and theplace is nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. No more driving to White Marsh or Hunt Valley to get our Ledo pizza? We willbe regulars to get our Ledo fix! Read more
I came here with my family for a family dinner. The store was very clean and organized. Cashier was very welcoming and... professional. The food was very good and was quickly delivered. I was shocked by how organized the staff was. Definitely preferthis Ledo over the one in White Marsh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Read more
