We have been a customer here for many years despite the long wait times. Now we will never order there again and they have lost... a loyal family. Tonight our order took over 2 hours. I called 3 times. I finally spoke to a manager who said she can cancel itor deliver it and would charge me. Unacceptable. They told me ?it is five min away and they will follow up with the driver?numerous times and still would not budge. At that point i already had to feed all 3 of my children something else and did notwant their cold, disgusting pizza. I also never got an apology from the manager. Never again. Read more

Do not order this pizza after 8pm. You will be severley dissapointed. We spent over $50 on pizza for our family and it was... burnt, dry and the cheese didn't even stick to the pizza. We will not be going back. Read more

The closest we have found to NY pizza in Maryland. Try the spaghetti pizza. It may sound weird, but you won't be disappointed.

The quality control has quickly gone down. This is the second time in a row that the calamari was subpar. Overcooked small and... very hard. Save your money. Don?t get the calamari. Very disappointed. Please try better. Read more

Firstly, their food is delicious. I personally love their strombolis. But, we called to get takeout on a Sunday night at 8:30pm... and the lady answering the phone rudely told us "the kitchen is closed." Not sure if they decided on their own to close early,or if that's what time you close. If that's true, please don't answer the phone and fix your closing time on Google. UPDATE:Just called to get food at 8:30 on a Wednesday (closes at 10pm) and they said I had to put a tip on my credit card while on thephone because they "needed to close it out" for the driver. I have had Margherita on several occasions and have never been disappointed. It's a great pizza shop with big pies, thin slices,... and very tasty ingredients. I was recently at a birthday party that had Margherita pizza and it was devoured by the guests; Ioverheard folks raving about the cheese, the thin slices, the pepperoni, etc. I personally love the pepperoni pizza. Thepepperoni has some great spice and perfect texture to enhance the homemade sauce and mouthwatering cheese blend. The slice isthin so a single is not overfilling. And the crust is not overly cooked or excessive (a sliver of crust just enough to hold yourslice and not feel like you're wasting valuable stomach space by eating it). One of the greats in the area. Top tier! Read more

I'm sorry but I wasn't impressed. I ordered the chicken cheese steak sub. The young teenager said my total was $11.49+ tax... it... didn't seem right to me. Then I thought maybe he had made it a combo or something. ..Nope. I grabbed a to go menu as I went tosit down to wait on my food. The menu listed the price as $9.99. I checked my receipt (luckily I hadn't tossed it) and hecharged me extra for stuff that was already included on the sub. I took the receipt back to him and he refunded the erroneouscharges. The sub looked great but needed some seasoning. After I finished eating I stepped away quickly to use the restroom andthey had thrown away my drink. The teenager said she thought I'd let but didn't offer me another to go cup. Read more

We've passed by this restaurant a hundred times and this was the first time we ever stopped in. I wish we'd come here sooner. ... Delicious pizza by the slice, traditional Italian pasta selections and fresh thick sandwiches on home made foccacia bread. Clean seating and wonderfully friendly staff. We will definitely not pass by here again. We highly recommend this greatItalian restaurant. Read more
