Usually this is my go to restaurants However, today was a mess. Whoever was manning the window next to the building was... unpleasant and unprofessional. First, I observed that our line was taking longer. A siren was passing by and he went ahead totake the wrong order. I stayed to correct the order and he calls another female colleague and they start talking notunderstanding why I am not moving. I politely tell them that due to the siren, you dint take the correct order probably becauseyou couldn't hear me well. He did not apologize and tge female went on to ask what else I needed to complete the order. I keptmy cool and went ahead to pay. At the pick up window, I get half the order, I politely ask for the rest and show her my receipt.Without apologizing, asked fir the rest of it and gave me. When we get home, the box doesn't have the correct items, even mypatient kids had; had it and they were, we are not ever going back there. Sure, at 3pm, definitely I am not turning back to goask for the correct items. Thankfully I had food in the refrigerator. I love this place, however, it will be my last optionjust because I have been treated better in the past. Read more

Placed an order online, for curbside pick up. I had to wait almost 30 minutes, for my food. There was only 3 other customers... with small orders while i was there. When it was brought out, they forgot an item. I had to run in to grab it. When I got homewith my food, we found long hairs in all our sandwiches. Gross!!! Not just one random one, but in all of our 5 sandwiches! Read more
Why don't you people just close up and give another business a chance. I have never been to a McDonalds that is so bad. Service... is terrible , wait is too long, orders always not correct, inside is dirty. How do you expect to make money and have repeatcustomers if you cant satisfy them to begin with. Read more
This by far has been the worst McDonald's I have been to in my entire life I used to work there over 20 years ago and and the... lack of respect from the employees is ridiculous! We have been through the drive-through and had mcflurries thrown at our car, And we recently waited for over 30 minutes in the drive-through because they forgot we were waiting for food they messed up andgave to someone else and then gave us an attitude. All of the women I have work there are stuck up bit$hes that have no room tobe working in the food and hospitality industry, they are rude on their phones or eating! And the only thing they tried to makegood on was given us a free chicken sandwich with a minimum of a $15 purchase. I have attempted to contact a manager for sometime and have not gotten a phone call back therefore I will be calling corporate to complain about that restaurant the employeesand the lack of communication is communication from the managers. This is not how you treat people regardless of how big yourcompany is. Read more
Food was fine BUT the wait was 15 min for a few hamburgers.The girl was rude. To us and coworkers. It was ridiculous. There... wasn't many people. So I don't get it. I work at the diner by this location and a well done steak and panicked eggs would comeout faster on a busy Sunday morning. Read more

Everything was fine food and service wise, but even with holiday decorations the atmosphere is depressing and your employees... look miserable. I don't think they're unhappy people, I just feel the life gets sucked out of them the minute they clock in.Either change the environment or just do drive through, eating in there made me sad.
