The are not paying attention to orders in the drive through. I constantly ask to repeat the order and it's always wrong.

Went inside to order nuggets and they were stale and cold. No big deal, it happens. I bring it back to the counter to get fresh... ones. The guy at the counter understood but I watched a woman in the back open the box and just throw them back into a fryerinstead of making new ones. I just walked out and didn?t bother to wait for my old nuggets to be refried again. If you can?t bebothered to make new food that was obviously stale than I can?t be bothered to eat here ever again either. Read more

Asked for extra mac sauce on my big Mac and didn't get it, even ordered it through the kiosk. Put number on table but they... called the table number so that was pointless. Had to ask for the drinks that I paid for. Soda area was very dirty and looks asif it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Took forever just to get someone's attention to get ranch for my fries. Read more

The staff was very courteous and worked expeditiously. There was a very long line of cars at the drive thru and the staff wo... hard to get the cars through fast as they took care of us walk in customers. Read more

The wait was fairly short. Our waitress was upbeat, prompt, and efficient. I had the "Grand Slam" (where have I heard that... before?). It was delicious and filling. I asked for CRISPY bacon, and they did not disappoint. We would have liked to eatoutside; however, they're located right on Coastal Highway. Read more

I?m a bartender so I get off of work pretty late and I usually drive out of my way to go to this McDonalds because it?s the only... 24-hour location near me. I went last night and asked for sauce with my meal at the second window (where they hand you yourfood), and was told that I needed to ask when I ordered because there is now a charge for sauce. I was kind of shocked. Forstarters, I was here within the last 2 weeks and there was no charge but also, there are no signs, window stickers or anythingat all letting you know that there is a charge or that you need to ask for sauce while you?re ordering. I understand inflationand could justify charging for extra sauce, but when I only wanted 2 and NO other place charges for sauce, it kind of makeswhere to eat an easier decision. Last complaint, I specifically asked for no pickles and the man taking my order repeated itlike 3 times to me to be sure so it was almost funny?until I got home and there were pickles on my burger. Thankfully I?m notallergic but I have GI issues and anything slightly acidic kills my stomach. You HAVE to pay attention to people?s requests, especially when I only got 3 things (a drink, fries, reg hamburger.) Read more

So I have come to this McDonalds multiple times since it's so close to my house. I usually order a quarter pounder deluxe with... no cheese. I have done this 3 times in recent memory, either at the drive through, or through doordash. All three times, therewas cheese on my burger. Bonus, that this time, my fries were also half empty in a sealed bag when they arrived. Picturerelated. Today I was having a particularly bad day, so when I opened my bag, I finally called. The manager I spoke with told me"Well, if you order a QP w/ cheese, no cheese, the employees just see quarter pounder and put cheese on it. Instead, you can tryordering a QP hamburger, which doesn't come with cheese, so they'll be LESS LIKELY to put cheese on it." Not "Oh, yeah, theyshould be reading orders instead of just throwing whatever in the bag." No. Instead, I got "Adjust yourself to cope with ourrecurring mistakes." Read more
