Today when I walked into Panera it was quiet, the ladies took my order and I engaged in conversation with them regarding a TV... show they were speaking about. They were so friendly, we shared a few laughs and a few details about the show. My bagel wasperfect this time. I ordered the cinnamon crunch bagel and sometimes it burns as it's coming through their toaster but thisparticular morning, it didn't. I forgot to mention my bagel was heart shaped. The food at Panera has definitely lost something. The salad was small with very little dressing. The sandwich was Turkey lunch... meat (yuck). It was cold there dispite being crowded. The prices are high for what you get. Won't return soon. Read more
Panera has a lot of good choices and some are just OK. The broccoli cheddar soup and the macaroni and cheese are awesome, the... So I ordered myself a chicken salad barbecued as soon as I got done eating it I felt instantly sick to my stomach, throw up in... the nearest tractor supply store. It feels like my tongue is in the back of my throat, and my stomach's hurting really bad. Ibelieve that this chicken salad the lettuce has salmonella poisoning in it. Please be aware. It was my first time at this particular one but I expected greatness like any other. My (to go) sandwich was made in a rush... fashion. The label was on the inside of the paper, the paper was if they literally crumbled it together with my meal inside andthe pickle was no where to be found. The sandwich itself was ok. The worst part were the customers or their children, thatliterally made a mess and left it for the staff. ???? I don't expect them get the vacuum and wash cloth - but please...don't letthe little ones pour their drinks out, crush their chips, tear the napkins and leave it, as we watch you walk away without evenattempting to clean it.???? Most of my visits are pleasant. This time I was disappointed in the service as the cashier couldn't answer my menu questions and... just kept saying "I don't know". And my tuna sandwich was all bread and lettuce but almost no tuna. Most visits though are morepleasant here and the baked goods are awesome. Read more
