Just picked up a big Rivets order - after our EZ Cater order didn't go through for some reason, the entire staff, from cashiers... to management made sure we knew they would take care of us! From free pretzels while we waited (those hit the spot!!) toconstantly ensuring us that they would take care of us, these guys really killed it! The pretzels are decent at best. The service is average . I got some pretzel bites . They were not even warm, Just cold and not... cooked. I asked for a new batch or to heat them up, the manager went on to say that?s how they?re made and they can?t heat themup with a dirty look on her face. I won?t go back! Read more

I didn't actually eat here cause they didn't have breakfast sandwiches. But they were very clean and the lady was super sweet... and answered all my questions. Everything smelled good but just wasn't what O wanted at the moment. The prices were good and Iplan to go soon and take my kids to get a pretzel pack. Customer service goes a long way these days and this place hit some ofmy favorite. Friendly and super clean! I appreciate both from an eating establishment! Spoke with other's and they are highlyrecommended and just based on this visit I plan to come back. Read more
When someone places an order to be ready for a party and provides an additional 30 minutes to have it ready, you would expect it... to be ready. NOPE. Maybe switch a tray that's standing right there when a customer is waiting. Nope. Order it the day inadvance if you actually want it on time. 3 stars because at least they were piping hot... Read more
