Had the Tavern Burger(s). Enjoyed them even more since I did not over-fill but was satisfied! Service was top notch. Lazy and completely unattentative to how an order should be processed. I paid for a double chicken breast order, they gave me a... single. I told them no dressing on my chicken, they put a dressing anyways. I'm not kidding when I say I could've easily, bymiles, made a better chicken breast and made a better dish overall. The salad is too simple. Just lettuce and chips. C'mon.Broccoli tasted rotten, like it was about to go moldy. That's $16 down the drain. People, save your money, go to Five Guysaround the corner instead, or better yet stay home and cook yourself. Even if you have to wait longer or have to cook, it'll bemuch more worth it then this junk. Overpriced to no end. In this economy, with this food, they have absolutely lost their mindto rip people off knowing how they could react paying top dollar for takeout, a luxury service. Read more

The food is good as always. The servers are typically very good here. I will say that the floor is almost always dirty. I... understand that guests drop stuff on the floor but I always see fries, baskets, and trash on the floor when I visit thislocation. Read more

Wasn't too busy so I expected better service than our last visit to a Red Robin in New Jersey several months ago. Our server... was very friendly. She was good at first then started to get busy it seemed due lack of table presence after dinner was served. It took a bit of time to clear away french fry baskets that we were finished with. Burgers were much better than our lastvisit. They were also made to order and cooked to proper temperature. Garlic Parmesian French Fries were crispy the way friesare supposed to be. Refills were offered and ordered to which they came out crispy again instead of old and soggy like severalmonths ago. Dessert was Mini Cinnamon Sugar donuts that were accompanied by Caramel and Chocolate dippingsauces...DELICIOUS What would've made overall service better would've been to see the Manager come around and check on tables. Its nice to see their presence on the floor instead of being wrapped up at the host stand. What did impress was the hostess. She was seating, packing up to-go orders, helping on the floor non stop. WOW! I just had one of the best restaurant experiences at the Bel Air Red Robin. My food came out quick and hot AND everyone was... super nice. The manager Brittany came to our table to make sure everything came out correctly and that is something you do notsee very often anymore. She was very helpful and after our meal we just had to thank our server and Brittany. I will highlyrecommend this establishment and we will be returning! Read more
