Stopped in for a late lunch - the dining room was completely empty, and now we know why! Out of almost all drinks as well as... garlic powder and decent sized napkins. Bathrooms are disgusting. Cashier would rather stand out of sight for a measured fiveminutes on the expo line talking to cooks about how smashed she?s getting at senior week than assist a customer simply lookingfor silverware. Today was the first time in years my family ordered delivery from this location. We ordered pizza and wings online. Came in... about 45 mins. We had a few issues with the order, so I called and ask to speak with the manager "Johnny " told him what wasmissing from our order and with no hesitation resolved the issue! I'm doing 4 stars because I absolutely love the food that kitchen turns out. Me and my roommates are always ordering from here.... Its always nice seeing Jimmy up front he's always so kind. I will say tho I think the closing manager and crew eitherinexperienced or under trained. I understand people make mistakes, but don't one employee tell me they will comp me a dessertfor having to drive all the way back after they forgot to give me the complete order the first time (happens often), then when Iget there you say oh can't do that here's your food.
