Stopped in for a late lunch - the dining room was completely empty, and now we know why! Out of almost all drinks as well as... garlic powder and decent sized napkins. Bathrooms are disgusting. Cashier would rather stand out of sight for a measured fiveminutes on the expo line talking to cooks about how smashed she?s getting at senior week than assist a customer simply lookingfor silverware. I ordered pizza andthe girl was very rude. I was late picking up the so they canceled my order and banned me without listening.... When they called I was talking to the doctor and my kids had my phone so I didn't hear the call. But they still canceled m yorder when I called back. That woman was horribly very rude Read more

Today was the first time in years my family ordered delivery from this location. We ordered pizza and wings online. Came in... about 45 mins. We had a few issues with the order, so I called and ask to speak with the manager "Johnny " told him what wasmissing from our order and with no hesitation resolved the issue! After waiting an hour for wing my wings with extra ranch and celery. It arrived with no ranch and no celery. I was told they... couldn't get the ranch out to me before the food was cold so they would just credit me the 2 dollars. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was good. The other one was supposed to be Mediterranean pizza. I got the pizza without tomatoes. I... didnt tell them to omit the tomatoes. The combo of Tomatoes and feta cheese on the pizza we were looking for and so excited toget since it was our fav toppings. So I called them and they said they?ll send someone with the new pizza. I'm doing 4 stars because I absolutely love the food that kitchen turns out. Me and my roommates are always ordering from here.... Its always nice seeing Jimmy up front he's always so kind. I will say tho I think the closing manager and crew eitherinexperienced or under trained. I understand people make mistakes, but don't one employee tell me they will comp me a dessertfor having to drive all the way back after they forgot to give me the complete order the first time (happens often), then when Iget there you say oh can't do that here's your food. If theres a next time I'll go refund route for sure. Read more
