Normally service is excellent at this location, but I have not been back for a year. After ordering $22 worth of food, I was... excited and looking forward to a nice meal that I haven?t had in a while with my fiancé and my son. Someone came out and gaveus our drink, then asked us to pay for it even though we paid already. Messed up on their end but no problem, ithappens. That?s when everything went downhill from there. We ordered our food at 8:00pm exactly, and got our food at 8:30pm.After missing an item, we pressed the red button and informed the employee what we were missing. After 12 minutes of waiting, weleft. Workers were stressed and was clearly not happy, and I wasn?t able to get what I fully ordered. Very disappointed.However, the food that we did get was excellent, hence the 2 stars. Read more
There was a gaggle of 12 year olds just screaming, cussing, and jumping the tables. The wait in the drive through was... legitimately 25 minutes so we walked up and ordered hoping to get some fresh air. But dealing with the wait and the kids was tomuch, as I was walking up to cancel my order they brought out our shakes and even got the order wrong (or did it as an apologyand gave me two shakes larger than I ordered). There was only one guy delivering stuff and I suppose one other person workinginside...thats not how this place needs managed. Read more
My "jumbo" popcorn chicken was shrunken and literally just empty breading. Drink sizes were all wrong, and I felt like I was... pulling teeth when I ordered. Definitely won't be back ???? Read more
Very slow service. Gave up on the drive-in/ park ordering. Moved to the drive through with 5 cars in line. Ordered, car runner... brought out our food but no beverage or dessert. By the time we got to the actual window, only one of the two items we didn'tget was given. Verbally told what I still didn't have amd then got the wrong drink.1 Read more
The food was a little expensive, but my experience there was smooth and very easy. The wait was a little long for a fast food... place, but I went when they were having a huge promotion on an item. So maybe the wait isn't usually as long as it was that day.My husband enjoyed the food, and we will go back again when we're in the area. Read more
Our visit here sucked. There was 4 people in the car and we waited at the stall for someone to finally come and when they did... they took 1 person out of the 4?s order and then left again. We waited for their meal to come out and when it did we said wewanted to place our other order and the person we talked to was rude and said he?d need a piece of paper if it was long. alsothe one order they brought out was not what my friend asked for. He went inside to ?get his piece of paper? and didn?t come backout for so long we were pressing the button and they kept obviously canceling it but taking other orders so we just left. Food was on point. Let's lead with that. Service, not so much. Guy who took our order couldn't hear through their speaker system... and we could hear other people going through the same ordeal. So my burger arrived with the lto I said to take off and hisarrived with the pickles he said to remove. But again, food was delightful. Read more
The level of incompetence in such an affluent area is astounding. I went there for popcorn chicken and all I got was big bits of... fried flour and two pieces with some actual meat in them. How can you serve people this? Next time I'm sitting in the drivethruand going through everything I ordered. I also had to send back my milkshake TWICE because of how bad it was made.
