I went through the drive thru today and placed a large order ($40 worth). After receiving only 1 bag, I realized that it was not... all there. Instead of holding up the line behind me, I went in and was assisted by who I assume was their manager or lead. Shewas apologetic and immediately spent time correcting my entire order and ensured it was all fresh and accurate. Mistakes happenand the thing that counts is how the company responds! I'm a very big fan of Taco Bell but it's getting harder to find a reason to go back. They seem to discontinue the items that I... really love like the grilled stuff burrito. They often seem to Make the food with as little ingredients as possible and themeals definitely don't look like the ones pictured. Read more

We needed to grab a little bite to eat while we were having procedures done at the doctor's office and I ordered some sort of... little chicken burrito thing I don't even know what it was but it was lousy. I couldn't even eat it I gave it away. I thinktheir food stinks and their tacos taste like dog food and they don't have many ingredients in them at all. When I make tacos athome they Rock! The food is always pretty good. The Cinnabon Delights are really good as well, they're very sweet though. Only complaint I have... is not anything to do with this location in particular but why do they only offer the Cinnabon Delights in a pack of two ortwelve? Seems really extreme with no in-between. They are small as well and two is usually not enough to satisfy but twelve is abit much for one person at once and they're best when eaten right away. M Maybe it's a trick to get people to buy them in setsof twelve since they're addictive. It does the opposite for me though. They should make them in packs of four, six, eight andtwelve. What a great impression on a new customer taco bell! This is my first time ordering from this taco bell, I ordered the crunch... wrap supreme combo; my drink and crunch wrap were fine but my crunchy taco on the otherhand, was extremely soggy, POORLY puttogether and had an excessive amount of toppings. The taco was stuck to the wrapper and i tried to pull it off and the bottomwas completely ripped off, the whole taco fell apart. If i wanted a soggy taco i wouldve just ordered a soft one! Read more
