First of all, the gentleman taking my order this morning was extremely nice and chipper. However, I went through the drive-thru... this morning at Bel Air (Jack Lane location) and ordered sausage crunchwrap breakfast combo. I asked for hot sauces and ketchupwith order. Gentleman said they had no ketchup--no big deal. I got order and asked if hot sauces in bag and gentleman saidyes. I checked and there were no hot sauces and there was also no hash brown which is to come with the combo. I paid fullprice for the order, too. I stayed at the window for a minute or 2 hoping he would come back but he never did. So I had todrive off. I am disappointed as Taco Bell (and not just this location) seems to not be able to get orders correct or complete. The Bel Air (Baltimore Pike) location is even worse and I stopped going there at all. Taco Bell should wonder why they are notas popular as other food chains. A little overhaul may help. Read more

Bought 3 taco supreme they did not put any tomatoes on them and everyone in there was so unprofessional also bought burrito... supreme and burrito was not even folded right everything was leaking out when unwrapped! Been here about a dozen times. It's close to the house and when it's late I go. Each time it progressively gets worse. Today I... paid $33 for 2 Baja blasts and 10 soft tacos... and the tacos were as cold as my Baja blast. I will drive the extra mile fromnow on to avoid this horrible place. Read more
I was here few weeks ago and they said they don't take American Express, which I found very odd since I have used American... Express at other Taco Bell locations. And just now there's a sign that says now open till 1:00 a.m. and it is only 12:10 am andthey are closed. Read more
Do not come here. You will wait an hour for food. I understand the food service industry is low on manpower. But. Stop taking... customers if you know they will wait a year. It's not fair to your employees, it's not fair to your customers. The whole idea ofkeeping the drive thru orders coming but then making those cars just park to wait a millenia is mind boggling. Thiessen Taco Bell is not your usual Taco Bell. I walked in and was greeted immediately. The manager and employees were all very... friendly. and to top it all off, my food was fast, hot, and even better.....MADE RIGHT!!! Thank you Taco Bell, you guys set thestandard at this location.
