Seriously understaffed for the busy location. Those that work in deli either can?t read, dont understand what the menu items... are, or just don?t care. Ordered an Italian sub and the ticket was correct but got a Turkey sub. I will drive 10 miles to avoidthis location in the future. Read more

I always love Wawa. Their breakfast sandwiches are always fresh. As are their subs. Got my boyfriend hooked on Wawa now.

Food is fine. Fuel pumps are terribly slow, it took 15 minutes to pump 36 gallons

Went in a few days ago to get breakfast after a 5 hour drive. Ordered a Sausage Egg Burrito without the egg. Hours later I'm... throwing up chunks of pink meat. Only place I ate that day. Read more

Wow. What is going on at the Churchville WAWA? I went into the store a few nights ago and it was like being at a funeral. The... few staff there looked exhausted, overworked and defeated. The decor was cold and uninviting. Stark white lighting at nightwas not warm and it was dreary. The arrangement of the store's merchandise just was poorly set up. What a horrible place tohave to work. Its not a wonder that people are quitting their jobs all over the country. I heard WAWA was a good company towork for, but my heart went out to the poor employees at Churchville. I hope corporate steps in to correct these problems andtreats those employees well. They must dread coming there to work. Is there high turn over there? I'd never want to work atthat store. Read more

I came to this location yesterday morning to get gas. In the process, I locked myself out of my car with nothing in my hand... except my credit card. I went inside and asked to use a phone to call for assistance. The general manager, Michael let me usehis personal cell phone to attempt to reach family members for a spare key and ultimately call for roadside assistance, whichwas not a quick phone call. I had to wait for a text notification with an estimated arrival time for help so Michaelperiodically checked his phone and gave me updates. While I was waiting, I had time to look around the store and notice morethan I normally would. I observed coworkers who spoke kindly to each other and to their customers and seemed to genuinely enjoyworking their. The store was clean, well-stocked, and organized. I decided to get a coffee while I waited. I ordered a customdrink and went to pay but my card declined, to add to what had already been a less than fantastic morning. I told Justin whowas making beverages that he could cancel the order since my card declined. A few minutes later, Justin walked outside to medrink in hand, said with a smile, "I hope your day gets better" and handed me the drink that I ordered. Ultimately, thesheriff's department had to be called to open my car. This was initiated by Michael who never once during this whole ordealseemed annoyed or reluctant to help me. Police officers arrived within 10 minutes and got me on my way. I can't remember theirnames, but I hope they read this to know my gratitude. These Wawa staffmembers went well above and beyond their normal jobdescription to help me and for that I am so grateful. Read more
