This is the closest Wendy's to where I live and I deliberately drive an extra 15 minutes to the next closest Wendy's. That's... how bad this location is. Haven't visited it in well over a year. My wife got a frosty that was so spoiled it tasted like LemonLa Croix, and a breakfast sandwich I ordered on another occasion had a moldy bun. When we called the manager about the frosty,he said they'd clean the machine and offered us a free frosty - but that's not what the problem was and I surely do not wantanother frosty from this location. Second time and last time. They forgot a sandwich and drink from my order. Me and my oldest son ordered baconators and they gave... us son of baconators. I can't even show that bc I got no receipt. And when I said something about the two mistakes the windowattendant told her eyes as she turned away. Also when I went to pay at the first window I was told the other window of allthings that's not a big but I was just told something like 'card next window'. They could say something in a nicer way. I requested a Son of a Baconator meal, with a cheese cup, however, I received a double cheeseburger and the cheese cup was empty... because, it was not sealed properly so all the cheese was dumped at the bottom of the bag and the French fries were ice cold.Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Moved to the area last week and after 2 drive-thru experiences, the fries are not hot like their huge signs specifies, never got... a napkin or ketchup packet even after I asked so I?m clear I?d much rather prepare and enjoy my own cooking at home than wastemy money and caloric intake on lackluster service and products. Can only share the experience, but not the food. After listening to what appeared to be a shift manager yell at 2 employees over... and over, they all intermittently looked over at me and my wife for about a 5 minute time frame. None stated that they would bewith us in a minute or two. Then we walked out. We were the only people in the place. As we left, we noted there was no one inthe drive through, either. Be it incompetence or indifference, that's 2 strikes and I'll never be back there for a 3rd. Wendy'sCoprporate should be embarrassed. Read more
