Went in to buy nuggets and fries and waited like 15mins with no line because fries weren?t ready. Finally got them and they were... overcooked or the grease was old. I only went in because I wanted the Cactus Plant toy( which they haven?t even received yet3days after launch) now I remember why I never come here! Read more
After working through lunch I stopped on my way home (3 hour drive). Got on the highway heading south and found that I was short... 1 of the 3 items I had ordered. Turning around would have added a 1/2. Love it when businesses have found a way to steal fromtheir customers. Read more
Have gone multiple times and been told the milkshake machine was broken , asked again when picking up the order at drive through... and the machine is working fine. Have Doordarshahed a few times,always missing items from the order. Won't be going back. Read more
Went for cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. Got yelled at by employee for no reason at all. She did the same thing to 2 other... customers. Took 20 minutes to get the order. Only got it because I calmly asked someone else behind the counter for the order.Both items were visible. Holiday weekend, so we tried to be patient. Won't ever stop there again on the road.... If I could have given them 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. The drive thru line is awful. We sat waiting for... them to answer for over 5 minutes. It?s like they didn?t even know we there. Then to top it off they got my order totally wrongafter I said it to them 3 times. They really need to get it together there or just shut it down. Read more

UPDATE; JULY 25,2022, I RECEIVED A DOOR DASH ORDER TO XPO. STORE IS BARELY 5 MILES OR LESS AWAY, RECEIVED AN OLD AND COLD... BURGER, ICE COLD FRIES, MISSING MC CHICKEN, BEST PART OF MEAL WAS THE TEA. THIS PLACE HAS CONSISTANTLY DONE THINGS LIKE THIS. SOMEONE FROM CORP NEEDS TO COME AND GET THIS PLACE TOGETHER. THEY ARE NEAR 95 AND I DOUBT THEY WANT POOR FOOD SERVICE LIKETHIS ******************************* 2 managers and an employee were in the lobby having a discussion. Upon my arrival Iexcused myself between them. They didn't stop to serve me. I was the only one at the register. Waited until the drive thruperson while working drive thru serve me cause the conversation was that important that the manager on duty couldn't serve me asthe other employee or head manager were clocked in for the day. The three individuals walk to back of restaurant while I wasstill standing there to be waited on. The drive thru person was courteous and I thanked her for balancing taking my order. While waiting the jr manager finally decided to participate in the order process not paying attention and almost over servingme. Not to mention this entire time there was a young man walking in circles around the dining area near the bathroom and thethree individuals were apparently not aware of didn't care. The employee door to enter behind the register was open the entiretime this individual was walking around. I found that unusual and politely asked the employee who helped me to close the doorfor her own safety. This place has consistent issues with service and quality of food as food was served luke warm and had tobe reheated. Please someone in the powers that be come there and fix this as it's a highway accessible place and should havebetter service being a 24 hr restaurant!! Read more
Extremely rude and disgusting! The blonde hair woman sneezed into a cup and served that to a customer. She wasn't even wearing... her mask. Waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged. They spent more time talking among themselves then doing anything.Absolutely the worst experience and disgusting. Read more
