So I go here all the time and the employees are excellent and the food is delicious. But today was different. While the... overweight female employee was making my sub, she leaned on about half of the sub while getting ingredients. I?m not being rudeabout her weight. Went in on Tuesday 6-15-21. Got a Italian B.M.T. By Wednesday at 6 PM I was so sick. I went to bed about 7 PM. Woke up at 2 AM... throwing up. Could not even keep water down. Was sick until 1 AM on Thursday 6-17-21. Missed a day and a half from work. Calledan Emergency Doctor Service because I was afraid to leave the house. Said I had food poisoning. That was the only thing I atedifferent than the rest of my family the whole day. This is the second or third time I have had issues. So I ordered an egg @ cheese flatbread through my phone app. Went to pic it up 30 minutes later and the guy working explained he... had to process everyone in line before he would even start my order in which I placed a half hour before they even entered thestore. To make matters worse....he through the cold egg on the flatbread and started to wrap it. I asked if he heated it up. Hesaid yes! Got home....egg still partially frozen and cheese cold. We ordered online ahead of time. When we went to go pick up the food they didn?t even start! There were two girls working and... the cashier looked the other one asking if they had an order and she said ?yes? as she sat there eating a sandwich and didn?twant to be bothered. I understand that breaks are necessary, but they had ZERO communication. We have no faith our order will becorrect. And with a screaming toddler... will NOT be coming here again. Read more
Best subway location hands down, all the ingredients are always fresh. The staff are always friendly! I love Ashley the most tho... she always remembers my oder even tho its on door dash because unfortunately you cant add any special instructions on door dash. Read more
