Extremely slow service and i was the only car i waited 10 min for my coffee. Coffee was good and hot.

I decided to wait to leave a review until I gave the new Belding location a second chance. I have been to many biggby coffee... Locations and this one by far has some bugs to work out. Even though I have these coupons I think I'm going to give it a fewmonths before I come back. Just seems very unorganized. I have gone inside once and now have gone through the drive-through andservice has taken a very long time. And the coffee was not hot by the time I received it. They also told me I still only have 8points, they said the same thing last time I was there. The girls are nice but it's just not worth going there to me. I'd rathergo to a different location. I am only giving a one star because in order to review you have to give at least a star. I am a regular at biggby so u though u... would try this one out since it's new in town. They are over pricing compared to any other biggby. Like I said i go to biggbymultiple times a week and get the exact same order which comes to $8.15. I ordered this same order here and they requestedalmost $11. They said they charge .45 cents for light ice and also charged for flavoring in the coffee which already comes inthe coffee I order. Not sure why I was getting charged for it again outside the regular price. Then after leaving and trying ourcoffee, mine was so bitter it was undrinkable. My husband's was so sweet it tasted like chocolate milk and not cold brew. Hedidn't drink his either. I'm highly disappointed. I will not go back there again. I will stick to Greenville biggby where theemployees treat you like family and the coffee is always great. Read more
