Food tasted days old. Super dry. I ordered a chicken slider and got 1 chicken strip on a plain bun. Fries old and cold.

Arby's isn't cheap. This we all know. If you accept that and still want to eat it, this location is your best bet. I had almost... given up on Arby's because their other locations always serve cold food, or get my order wrong, or have disgruntled employees. Iwas super impressed with this location's great customer service (especially since it was late night), excellent communication,and hot, freshly made food. It was breath-taking and really very good. The last two times I've stopped on my way home this week in the afternoon this one gal at the window didn't seem like she was... happy working. Very cold and not customer friendly, like she was bing bothered by taking the order. This is at the Arby's byLove's Gas station. Read more
As much as I would like to leave a good review, I just can't. I don't understand why it takes 6 people 20-30 minutes to make 2... chicken sandwiches. This happens almost every time I go. If this was a 1 time thing no problem. But everything I go, there ishardly anyone there but takes them forever to make my food, or even take my order. Who ever manages the night team needstraining. Ever since it has opened here in belen, this has to be the slowest and most disorganized Arby's I have been to. Whichsucks because I love eating at Arby's franchise. Also blows that this is the only 24 7 place to eat. After 10pm there isn't anyother choice in town. Please stop making pull forward and wait 30minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches every time I come eat. Love Arby's but I've been wanting to try the wagyu burger and Belens location has advertised it on the menu for months and NEVER... has the wagyu meat. It would be awesome if the manager and staff would request the product so they don't advertise a productthey NEVER have. Read more
